GI Joe enemy should not be a Scot!

Usually I would disagree if someone suggests to modify the characters of GI Joe. But to my viewpoint it would make sense to change the nationality of the leader of the evil organization Cobra (if not the name of Cobra itself...). Which man on Earth is evil enough to epitomize Cobra's wicked head? Guess who:
